- Aries: Cardinal fire: the spark. Energetic, competitive and first to start.
- Leo: Fixed fire: the steady blaze. Warm, creative and fond of the centre of attention.
- Sagittarius: Mutable fire: the spreading flame. Outgoing, optimistic and free-roaming.
